Information about studying in Japan

I wanted to get my bachelors degree of engineering in Japan. So I wanted to get some information about the MEXT scholarship and when and how to apply. I have finished my AS level examinations with 3 A’s  in math, physics and chemistry and will be sitting for my A2 level examinations in June 2019.
